How we work
At Elev8, Work is what we do last. The reason for this is simple, work becomes fun when we have done all we have to do before we work. And that would include a few things like for starters.... a conversation with you. That conversation could be as few as one, and as many as many, depending on your goals and objectives. After that comes the questions. Tough and hard questions about your business, your goals, your people, your resources amongst others. But we reserve the toughest and hardest questions for ourselves. How can we use what we know to help you is the first of the many questions we ask ourselves. After poring over information collected from you and from our brainstorming sessions, we usually arrive at a moment of clarity. What we need to do becomes painfully obvious and we set about doing it quickly. One thing though, we are detailed and we expect you to be.We are ardent believers of the saying "the devil is in the details".The clock is not an indicator of when we work. Competitors are staying awake at all hours to keep you out of business. A few nights without sleep is a small price we can pay on your behalf.
Our people
A look around us will reveal one thing, If what we do were a product, then our people would be our raw material. Think Coffee and coffee beans. We know the quality of our people would impact directly on the quality of work and so it is one of the things we do not negotiate. The first you should know about our people is that they all think like entrepreneurs. So when we work on your project, you can be sure we can feel what you feel. We can quickly identify opportunities and set about leveraging those opportunities. Another thing you need to know is that they are good. And that is being modest. Very good would be more appropriate. Meet those whose thoughts and actions at all times revolves around your brand.
